Cloudflare Launches ASPA Support to Boost Internet Routing Security
Internet routing security just took a major leap forward as Cloudflare announced support for ASPA (Autonomous System Provider Authorization), a cryptographic standard designed to safeguard BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) traffic paths. This move addresses critical vulnerabilities in how data traverses global networks, offering a robust solution to prevent route leaks and hijacks.
