Commitment to YouTrack Server and Cloud

We understand the importance of flexibility in hosting options. Unlike some of our competitors, we’re dedicated to supporting both YouTrack Server and Cloud, ensuring that every feature is available to both options. This commitment is reflected in our continuous support for YouTrack Server, recognizing it as a valid long-term strategy for teams.

New European Data Center for YouTrack Cloud

We’re expanding our data center locations to better serve our YouTrack Cloud customers. A new European data center in Frankfurt, Germany, hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), will provide more flexibility and compliance with European data residency requirements. This addition will enable new instances to be configured with Germany as the selected location, starting this February.

For existing instances, migrating to a different data center requires assistance from the YouTrack Support team. If you’re interested in moving your instance to a new data center, simply submit a request to our support team.
